I first became licensed in 1997 and have been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts since 1998. I later added LCSW licensure in California and Arizona.
I offer full-day Embodied Somatic Therapy Intensives and weekly holistic psychotherapy via telehealth for women in those states.
Integrative Health Clarity Consulting and The Re-Aligned Journey™ offerings - Re-Alignment Sessions, The Re-Align Circle™, the Sensitivity Re-Alignment Spiral, and Your Sensitivity Is Intelligent Design 6-Month Re-Alignment Group - are available more widely as educational and consultative pathways.
My training began at age 19 on a locked psychiatric ward during my sophomore year as I was studying psychology and beginning social work coursework. I worked in child protective services after graduation and while pursuing my social work degree. My career as a therapist began in graduate school in 1995, supporting children who had experienced trauma and adults struggling with substance abuse. Once licensed, I continued on these paths and expanded into consulting. I also trained as a mediator and advocated for children within the court system.
For the last 15+ years, I’ve focused primarily on holistic, body-aware, and spiritually respectful work that bridges science, sensitivity, and soul. I support sensitive women in understanding their unique makeup, high-resolution nervous systems, reconnecting with their body’s wisdom, and realigning with their authentic voice.
Beyond my clinical licensure, I hold certifications in Integrative Mental Health, Quantum Biology for Health, HeartMath Practitioner, Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy with Age Regression, and I have in clinic training in functional lab reviews with additional epigenetic training from TruDiagnostics. These credentials inform both my therapeutic work and my integrative health consulting practice.
“Your mind is not your enemy. Your body is wise. Your soul is speaking. Let’s realign you with your heart wisdom and authentic self.”
