For highly sensitive women, the world often feels like a place of constant demand. We are asked to push through, to perform, and to ignore the subtle signals of our nervous systems. But your design was not made for constant acceleration. It was made for cycles, depth, and seasonal flow.
The Sensitivity Re-Alignment Spiral is a year-long, community-based container designed to help you:
  • Revisit your nervous system at the turning points of the year.
  • Realign with your inner guidance as the outer world shifts.
  • Remember your true essence through the wisdom of the seasons.
This is not a course you "complete." It is a spiral you live. You return to the same truths, but from a deeper vantage point, as the seasons turn and your capacity expands.

Why the Spiral?

Life is not linear. Healing is not linear. Growth is a spiral.
Just as nature moves through Spring Emergence, Summer Radiance, Fall Integration, and Winter Revelation, your nervous system has its own seasonal thresholds.
When we ignore these rhythms, we feel "waterlogged" - saturated with stress, disconnected from our bodies, and out of sync with our own truth.
The Spiral offers a gentle, recurring space to:
  • Pause at the Solstices and Equinoxes to check in with your system.
  • Process what is shifting as the light and energy of the year change.
  • Connect with other sensitive women who understand the depth of your experience.
  • Realign your personal Re-Alignment Map with the current season.

What Happens in the Spiral?

Four times a year, we gather live online to mark the seasonal thresholds. These are not lectures. They are transmissions of presence.
The Four Threshold Gatherings:
  • Spring Equinox: Emergence. Waking up from winter. What is ready to be born in you?
  • Summer Solstice: Radiance. Stepping into your full light. How do you hold your power without burning out?
  • Fall Equinox: Integration. Harvesting what you've grown. What needs to be released to make space for rest?
  • Winter Solstice: Revelation. Resting in the dark. What wisdom is waiting in the silence?
Each 75-90 minute gathering includes:
  • Gentle Grounding: Practices to help your nervous system settle and feel safe.
  • Seasonal Reflection: A theme to guide your attention to what is shifting within you.
  • Shared Space: Time to listen, be heard, and feel seen by women who "get it."
  • Re-Alignment Practices: Simple, somatic tools to take with you into your daily life.
  • Q&A: An opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized guidance.
