The Re-Align Circle for Sensitive & Strong Women in Their 20s
Inside this space, you’ll gently explore what it means to be both sensitive and strong, and how to live in a way that honors your own inner rhythm.
This is a supportive space off social media where thoughtful, sensitive, and strong women can:
- Exhale and be fully themselves, without performing or people-pleasing
- Share what’s really going on in a gentle, nonjudgmental space
- Feel seen, heard, and recognized by other women who “get it”
- Begin to feel less anxious, less high-strung, and less spun-out in their own heads
What you can expect
We gather on the second Monday of each month at 5:30PM Pacific Time for 60 - 75 minutesinside the private community.
Each circle typically includes:
- A brief grounding or reflection to help your nervous system settle
- A theme or gentle prompt related to realigning with yourself
- Space for sharing, listening, and receiving support
- Simple practices you can take with you into your daily life
My intention is that, over time, you feel more:
- Seen, heard, and understood
- Connected to your own inner guidance
- Relieved to know you are not alone in how you feel
And less:
- Anxious and self-doubting
- High-strung and on edge
- Spinning in your thoughts without a place to land

The Re-Align Circle is for you if:
- You’re in your 20s and sense you may be highly sensitive and strong, or you already know you are
- You care deeply, think a lot, and often feel “too much” or “not enough”
- You’re longing for a gentle space to reconnect with yourself and with others who understand
