Rise & Realign is a 3-hour guided intensive for sensitive women who experience anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or repeating patterns and are ready for a gentler, more attuned way of relating to themselves. Through guided visualization, breath practices, and integrative teaching, Melissa helps you see how early conditioning and survival patterns shape your perception, and gently opens a path from limitation into imagination, possibility, and inner authority. This is not therapy or problem-solving. It is an experiential re-orientation that helps you understand how you got here and begin sensing what exists beyond the voice of fear.
